Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Central District

Assault: A woman, 21, was punched by a man during an argument Sunday night in a bar in the first block of Park Ave. The man ran from the bar in an unknown direction. The woman, who suffered a bruised lip, refused medical treatment.

Assault and robbery: A man, 22, was walking Sunday afternoon in the 200 block of N. Greene St. when he was approached by two teens who hit him with a broomstick and robbed him of $10.

Southeastern District

Robbery: A woman, 22, was walking in the 100 block of S. Broadway about 3: 30 p.m. Sunday when a man pushed her against the wall of a building and robbed her of $304.

Carjacking: A man with a handgun robbed a man, 55, of his 1991 Dodge Shadow about 4 a.m. Sunday in the 6000 block of Elliott St. The robber drove off in an unknown direction.

Southern District

Armed assault/robbery: A man, 29, was arrested about 11: 30 p.m. Sunday and charged with armed assault and robbery after a man, 26, was found tied up in a closet where he had been for four hours . The victim was struck with a golf club, robbed of $25 and tied with rope. A woman who lives in the residence discovered him. Edward Green, also known as "Champ," of the 3400 block of Seventh St. was charged with assault and armed robbery.

Commercial burglary: Computer equipment valued at $2,580 was taken from a business in the 300 block of W. Camden St. during the weekend. The theft was discovered about 8 a.m. yesterday.

Theft: A refrigerator valued at $500 and a window were stolen from a home under renovation in the 3000 block of Southland Road during the weekend. The theft was discovered about 9 a.m. yesterday.

Eastern District

Armed robbery: A woman, 38, was walking Sunday night in the 2300 block of E. Biddle St. when two teens, one with a nickel-plated handgun, robbed her of $6.

Northwestern District

Rape: A woman, 25, was sexually assaulted Friday night by a man with a knife in Arlington Cemetery. He approached her as she walked in the 4400 block of N. Rogers Ave. to meet friends.

Home invasion, robbery, assault: sault: A woman, 83, and her sister, 76, were robbed Sunday morning by a man who forced his way into their home in the 3300 block of Ludgate Road. The intruder stole $200 from a purse.

Assault, robbery: Two women attacked and robbed another woman, 18, of $97 about 2 a.m. Saturday in the 4000 block of Penhurst Ave.

Armed robbery: A man armed with a blue steel .38-caliber revolver took more than $400 from two employees of a butcher shop in the 2500 block of N. Monroe St. about 11 a.m. yesterday. The robber walked out of the store toward the 2600 block of Reisterstown Road.

Stolen auto: A man left the keys in his mother's 1989 Dodge Daytona while he went into a grocery store in the 1500 block of N. Monroe St. yesterday morning. The car was stolen and the thief was last seen driving west on Preston Street.
