Malinda B. Small promoted at BGE

Baltimore Gas and Electric Co. has appointed Malinda B. Small, a graduate of Hood College and Johns Hopkins University and a 13-year employee of BGE, as director of corporate contributions and community relations. She is active with several civic organizations and serves on several boards, including the Baltimore Center for the Performing Arts, Hood College and Literacy Works.

Rothschild, Millman, Miller join executive recruiter

Millman Search Group appointed Tom Rothschild as vice president of business development, Amy Miller as office administrator and Jennifer Millman as executive recruiter for the Baltimore-based international executive recruiting firm.

Rothschild, a Towson University graduate, will oversee new client development. He was formerly with Jos. A. Bank Clothiers and lives in Monkton. Miller, a Bel Air resident formerly with Barrett Business Services, will supervise branches nationally and in Puerto Rico. Millman, a business graduate of Georgetown University, is assigned to the firm's luxury goods, e-commerce, healthcare and distribution division. She had been marketing manager at the sports agency F.A.M.E.


Schmidt, Gilden named senior account executives

Gilden Advertising named Kearston Schmidt and Juliet Gilden as senior account executives. Schmidt, with the Roland Park firm since 1998, is a graduate of the College of Wooster (Ohio). The Baltimore resident was formerly a writer/researcher at the National Institutes of Health. Gilden, who joined Gilden in 1996, was formerly with Eastern Savings Bank and is a graduate of Towson University.

Haney is senior VP, CFO of Regal Bank

Regal Bank & Trust named Lisa Caryn Haney as senior vice president and chief financial officer. A graduate of the University of Baltimore and the Bank Administration Institute, she had been controller of the Tower Federal Credit Union.

Legal and insurance

Lindstrom elected member of Gordon, Feinblatt

Gordon, Feinblatt, Rothman, Hoffberger & Hollander elected Richard Lindstrom as a member of the Baltimore law firm. Formerly a trust division vice president with Mercantile-Safe Deposit & Trust Co., the Marquette University law graduate is active in the Maryland Bar Association and Maryland Association of CPAs.


Fogle, Miller named in-charge accountants

McLean, Koehler, Sparks & Hammond named Terry L. Fogle and Melinda A. Miller as in-charge accountants for the Towson accounting firm. Fogle, a Keymar resident, practices in tax preparation and pension audits. Miller, who lives in Frederick, conducts audits, reviews and prepares compilations. Both are graduates of Mount St. Mary's College.
