Spa treat

If a spa vacation isn't in your future, pamper yourself with Low-Fat Yogurt Panna Cotta With Fruit Puree from Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa in California. To make this sweet treat, strain 2 cups low-fat yogurt through cheesecloth. Bring 1 cup sugar, 1 piece (3 inches) vanilla bean, 2 cups nonfat milk and 1 package (5 ounces) agar powder to a boil. Remove from heat and cool completely. Fold yogurt into cooled mixture. Pour into 4 molds. Set overnight in refrigerator. Unmold and serve with pureed fruit (such as raspberries, mango, kiwi) and fresh mint.

Going creative

After talking with thousands of families, Kraft Kitchens put together a booklet of mealtime ideas. For instance, Patrice Hannan of Lakeville, Minn., entices her kids with green milk on St. Patrick's Day, red milk on Valentine's Day and orange milk on Halloween. To order the free brochure, send your name and address to Kraft Kitchens M.O.M. Report, P.O. Box 81175, Chicago, Ill. 60681.

Meatless for a day

Time to go cold turkey for the 17th annual Great American Meatout on Monday, when the Farm Animal Reform Movement urges everyone to kick the meat habit for a least a day.
