General Motors Corp.

Frederick A. Henderson, vice president, exercised an option for 7,548 shares of common at $44.73 to $45.30 each Feb. 7 and sold 5,346 shares for $81.13 each Feb. 7. To cover expenses of the transaction, Henderson turned in 1,229 of them and now directly and indirectly holds 11,624.

Karen L. Katen, director, purchased 1,000 shares of Class H common at $110.75 each Feb. 4 and now directly holds 1,000. Katen purchased 2,000 shares of common at $81.50 each Feb. 4 and now directly holds 4,000.

Alan P. Slater, vice president, sold 7,933 shares of common for between $20 and $21.25 each Feb. 7 and now directly holds no shares.

Bernard S. Miller, vice president, exercised an option for 9,800 shares of common at between $6.63 and $10 each from Feb. 4 to Feb. 17 and sold 9,800 shares for between $19.50 and $27 each from Feb. 4 to Feb. 17. He now directly holds 9,800.
