Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Eastern District

Robbery: Two men, one with a handgun, robbed a man, 38, of his wallet containing a check for more than $400 and other property about 1: 30 a.m. Sunday in the 600 block of St. Anns Ave.

Robbery: After getting change for a $100 bill at a service station, a man was robbed of $95 by two men, one with a handgun, about 6 p.m. Monday in the 2100 block of Harford Road. The victim manages the Wendy's restaurant in the 2000 block of Harford Road and was walking back to the business.

Baltimore County

Parkville Precinct

Theft: A 1997 Bobcat model 853 earth mover, valued at $30,000, was stolen during the weekend from a construction site in the 9600 block of Belair Road.

Cockeysville Precinct

Burglary: Plumbing fixtures and building supplies, all valued at nearly $1,000, were stolen between Feb. 20 and 21 from a house being built in the 20600 block of Green Road in White Hall. The burglary was reported Monday.

For the record

Arrest: A man charged in a warrant with first-degree murder in a shooting Aug. 21 was arrested Monday at Northeastern District Court, where he went to appear for trial on an unrelated charge. James Erving Harris, 19, of the 1700 block of Llewelyn Ave. in Baltimore is being held without bail at Central Booking and Intake Center. He was charged in the death of Elbert Wright, 43, of the 200 block of E. Lafayette Ave., who was fatally shot in the 1800 block of Guilford Ave. Police knew of no motive for the shooting.
