Police identify man slain in Sandtown-Winchester

Police have identified a man shot and killed Friday afternoon as 22-year-old Tomar Baker, of no known address.

He was found shot six times in the 1700 block of Presstman St., west of North Mount Street in the Sandtown-Winchester neighborhood of West Baltimore.

Homicide Detective Joseph Jefferson said police have no suspects and have established no motive in the city's 38th homicide of the year.
