Baltimore City

Northeastern District

Drug arrests: Three people were arrested during the weekend, ending a monthlong drug investigation in the Sinclair Lane-Bowleys Lane area. Lt. John Bevilacqua of the district's drug enforcement unit said quantities of marijuana and cocaine valued at more than $2,000 on the street were found in a unit at Arborview Condominiums in the 1300 block of Cranesbill Court in Belcamp, Harford County. The occupant, Timothy F. Davis, 25, was arrested at 6: 30 a.m. Friday. Police seized Davis' 1994 Lexus and several pieces of electronic equipment. Karen Matthews, 20, and Tyray Cooper, 20, were also arrested about the same time Friday in the 4800 and 4900 blocks of Bowland Ave. All were charged with possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia. They were processed at Central Booking and Intake Center. Bail information was not available.

Central District

Cutting/arrest: Two females were arguing over a pair of shoes in their home in the 2200 block of Brookfield Ave. in Reservoir Hill when one was cut on the neck and arms with a razor Sunday night. The victim, 17, was treated at University of Maryland Medical Center. A 20-year-old woman was arrested and charged with aggravated assault.

Theft from vehicle: Jewelry, tools, a watch, compact discs and cash, all valued at more than $1,200, were stolen Sunday from a 1994 Isuzu pickup truck parked in the 300 block of E. Chase St.

Northern District

Carjacking: A male motorist was parked in the 2500 block of Boarman Ave. about 8 p.m. Sunday when a gunman, who wore dark clothing and a ski mask, forced him out of his gray 1988 Honda Accord with tags GLX 736 and drove away.

Northwestern District

Robbery: A man, 76, was in the 5800 block of Gist Ave. about 9: 15 p.m. Friday when a man armed with a knife robbed him of $50. The victim reported the robbery Sunday.

Assault: During an argument Sunday in their home in the 3200 block of Burleith Ave., a man struck a woman with his hands, an umbrella and a crystal ball. She suffered head injuries but refused medical treatment. The man was arrested and charged with aggravated assault.

Southwestern District

Stolen car: A four-door 1997 Dodge with tags EHH 359 was stolen Saturday in the 800 block of DeSoto Road.

Eastern District

Theft: Someone entered a house in the 2000 block of Robb St. and stole a 19-inch television Sunday.

Theft/arrest: A woman, 43, was arrested Sunday when she tried to leave Stop, Shop & Save supermarket in the 900 block of N. Caroline St. without paying for baked goods valued at nearly $3.

Baltimore County

Parkville Precinct

Robbery: Two apparently unarmed men robbed the High's store in the 13500 block of Long Green Pike in Baldwin of cash and property, all valued at more than $200, about 10: 40 p.m. Sunday. The men forced a female clerk into a back room and bound her hands with duct tape. They took cash, several adult magazines, cigarettes and the clerk's driver's license. The uninjured clerk freed herself and called police.

Woodlawn Precinct

Robbery: A woman, 24, was walking along Rolling Road and was nearing Fairbrook Road about 10 p.m. Saturday when a man, who wore dark clothing and a black ski-mask, robbed her of her purse containing cash and property, all valued at $80.
