The community, which offers public water and sewer and gas heat, features a jogging trail and open spaces.

The model, the Jordon Grae, starts at $234,900 for 2,554 square feet.

The first floor consists of a foyer, powder room, laundry room, 13-by-15-foot living room, a dining room that is 10 by 13 feet, a 16-by-14-foot kitchen with breakfast area, 17-by-16-foot sunken family room and two-car garage.

The second floor includes a 13-by-12-foot bedroom, 10-by-11- foot bedroom, 11-by-11-foot bedroom and 15-by-25-foot sunken master bedroom with morning room and master bath.

Other floor plans available in the community range from the Aaron Michael, which starts at $192,900 for 1,700 square feet, to the Rebecca Lauren, which starts at $244,900 for 2,867 square feet.

To get to Hickory Overlook, take Interstate 95 north to Route 24 north. Follow Route 24 through Bel Air and make a right onto Conowingo Road (Business Route 1). Make a left onto Overlook Way. The model is on the right.

The sales office is open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
