Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Southeastern District

Robbery: Two men, one armed with a handgun, robbed a man, 19, of his moped about 6 p.m. Tuesday in the 1500 block of Dundalk Ave. The moped was valued at more than $600.

Robbery: A man grabbed a man, 55, around the neck about 6: 30 p.m. Tuesday in the 3200 block of Eastern Ave. and robbed him of more than $60.

Eastern District

Burglary: A videocassette recorder valued at $100 and $200 in cash were stolen Tuesday from an apartment in the 1500 block of Lester Morton Court.

Shooting: A man, 22, was leaving a restaurant in the 1200 block of E. North Ave. about 1: 20 a.m. Wednesday when a man armed with a large-caliber handgun shot him in the left arm and back. The victim, of the 1200 block of Ensor St., was in serious condition yesterday at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Police said two .357-caliber Magnum shell casings were found at the scene. No arrest had been made.

Western District

Robbery: A driver for U-Save-On Oil Co. in the 3100 block of Opel Lane was delivering fuel oil to a house in the 1400 block of Riggs Ave. about 2 p.m. Wednesday when a gunman robbed him of more than $450.

Northern District

Theft from vehicle: A television, a videocassette recorder, a camcorder and tools, all of unknown value, were stolen Wednesday from a 1989 Ford van parked in the 4400 block of Glenmore Ave.

Burglary: Several pieces of jewelry and a 5-inch television, all valued at more than $7,000, were stolen Wednesday from a house in the 2300 block of Nutmeg Terrace.

Baltimore County

Garrison Precinct

Robbery: Two teen-age boys were sitting in a car at a strip mall in the 11000 block of Owings Mills Blvd. about 8: 30 p.m. Wednesday when a man armed with a razor assaulted the driver and robbed each of them of their property. The man fled with cash and a watch, all valued at nearly $400.

Towson Precinct

Burglary: Someone entered the apartment of a deceased man in the 8400 block of Charles Valley Court between Saturday and Monday and stole several pieces of jewelry, valued at more than $4,000. The thief apparently used a key. The incident was reported Wednesday by a relative.
