Navy tops Lafayette, ending 14-game skid

Jennifer Bombinski led all scorers with 21 points as Navy ended a 14-game losing streak with a 62-54 win over Lafayette in Annapolis.

Navy (3-18, 1-7) trailed 27-19 at halftime. Coach Joe Sanchez earned career victory No. 100.

Johns Hopkins 51, Skidmore 42: Jennifer Butterwei scored a game-high 11 as the Blue Jays (16-5, 8-2) extended their home streak against Centennial Conference opponents to 28.

Marymount 71, Salisbury State 64: Candice Brown scored 26 to lead the Saints (11-10, 6-5) over the host Sea Gulls (12-9, 5-6) in the Capital Athletic Conference.

Washington College 56, Ursinus 53: Kate Bierzonski had 18 points as the Shorewomen (7-13, 2-8) downed the Bears (3-17, 0-11) in the Centennial Conference.

Frostburg State 79, Pittsburgh-Greenburg 63: Shannon Rexrode had 19 points for the visiting Bobcats in the Allegany Mountain Conference.
