Carroll County: Comprehensive redistricting plan aims at future growth, new high schools.

One in six Carroll County public school students would be shifted by the comprehensive countywide redistricting plan proposed to manage overcrowded classrooms and newly built facilities.

Yet the significant undertaking affecting some 4,400 children is proceeding in an open manner that minimizes the kinds of problems that always arise from necessary school realignments.
