Annapolis police were continuing their investigation into the fatal shooting of a Severna Park man early yesterday.
Police found Michael Dwayne Hall, 24, of Barrensdale Drive lying on the ground in the 1100 block of Madison St. after they responded at 1: 13 a.m. to calls of shots being fired.
