Pat Stout installed as president of contractors' group

Pat Stout has been installed as the first woman president of the Maryland Improvement Contractors Association, according to the nonprofit trade association.

Stout, president and owner of Baltimore Window Factory in Essex, has served on the organization's board for four years. She is also vice president of the Eastern Baltimore Area Chamber of Commerce and is on the board of Chesapeake Habitat for Humanity.
