Moss' 24 lift Bowie women

Tiffany Moss scored 24 points, including five three-pointers, last night as Bowie State (12-2, 6-1) earned a 68-63 Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association women's victory over North Carolina Central (4-9, 2-3) in Durham, N.C.

Salisbury State 89, College of Notre Dame 48: Six players scored in double figures, led by Lisa Neylan's 13 points, as the visiting Sea Gulls (7-4) overwhelmed the Gators (2-6) in a nonleague game.

Western Maryland 82, Haverford 37: Jen Piccolomini scored a career-high 21 points as the host Green Terror (5-6, 2-2) cruised to a Centennial Conference win.

Men

North Carolina Central 75, Bowie State 65: James Rice scored a game-high 24 points but the visiting Bulldogs (2-13, 1-6 CIAA) lost to the Eagles (8-2, 5-0).
