Monthly newspaper offers students free writing assistance

Howard County students looking for writing help can enroll in a new, free program, Student Writing -- Effective Enhancement Tutorial. Sponsored by High School Views, a student-written private monthly newspaper, the program is run by Jingya Wang, She has taken four years of Center for Talented Youth writing courses. Tutoring sessions will be held from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. on select Sundays at the Other Barn in Oakland Mills Village Center. Information: High School Views, 301-854-0570.
