Kenneth R. Weisshaar,officer, exercised an option for 286,000 shares of common at between $8.64 and $20.03 each from Nov. 9 to Nov. 15 and sold 286,000 shares for between $28.99 and $29.13 each from Nov. 9 to Nov. 15, and now directly and indirectly holds 39,295 shares.

Willard J. Overlock,director, sold 1,000 shares of common at $29.25 each Nov. 10 and now holds no shares.

Biospherics Inc.

Gilbert V. Levin,chairman of the board, exercised an option for 50,000 shares of common stock at $2.88 each and indirectly sold 10,500 shares of common for between $6.15 and $6.24 each from Nov. 17 to Nov. 22, and now directly and indirectly holds 6,381,503 shares.

Group 1 Software Inc.

Thomas S. Buchsbaum,director, exercised an option for 3,090 shares of common at $7.17 each Nov. 24 and now directly holds 5,890.

Victor O. Forman,vice president, exercised an option for 5,000 shares of common at $7.50 each Nov. 24. To cover expenses of the transaction, Forman turned in 5,000 of them and now directly holds none.
