Fofana, Bullis beat Goodman

December 15, 1999

In a battle of Towson University signees, Bullis Prep's Mohamed Fofana outshined Takoma Academy's Tamir Goodman last night, scoring 29 points in a 65-62 victory.

Goodman, who grabbed national attention last season when he averaged 39 points and eight assists a game for Pikesville's Talmudical Academy, scored seven last night for host Takoma Academy.

Goodman, a 6-foot-3 guard, was released from a commitment he made to Maryland earlier in the year.

Fofana, who signed last month with the Tigers, is a 6-foot-8 center.
