Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Central District

Burglary: Several pieces of electronic equipment valued at $1,100 were stolen from a business in the first block of Chase St. about 12: 15 p.m. yesterday.

Theft from vehicle: Medical equipment valued at $1,700 was stolen from a car parked in the 1400 block of Eutaw St. about noon yesterday.

Southwestern District

Aggravated assault: A man, 39, was arguing with two other men when one struck him in the head with a beer bottle about 6: 35 p.m. Saturday in the 4600 block of Manordene Road.

Shooting: A man, 18, was standing in the 100 block of Willard St. when he was shot twice at 3: 30 p.m. Saturday. At first, he did not know he was shot. He reported the incident at 3: 39 p.m. when he saw blood running down his leg.

Theft from vehicle: A black case containing a car owner's manual, vehicle registration card and automated teller machine card was stolen from a car parked behind a church in the 2600 block of Wilkens Ave. between 6: 45 p.m. and 11 p.m. Saturday. The driver's door had been left unlocked.

Shoplifting/arrest: A man, 33, was arrested for shoplifting at the Stop Shop & Save supermarket in the 3400 block of Clifton Ave. at 6: 45 p.m. Saturday. He was in possession of groceries valued at $10.96, including spaghetti sauce, candy and a sea bass filet.

Southern District

Armed assault and robbery: A man, 39, was walking in the 2900 block of Spelman Road when he was approached from behind by another man, who held a pocket knife to his throat and stole $45 from him at 2: 50 a.m. Saturday. The victim was not injured.

Malicious destruction: A rear driver's side window was broken on a 1994 Geo Tracker that was parked about 2: 30 p.m. yesterday in the 1300 block of Herkimer St.

Malicious destruction: Two driver's side windows of a 2000 Ford Contour rental car were broken by a beer bottle about 9: 30 a.m. yesterday while the vehicle was parked on the 2400 block of Norfolk St.

Baltimore County

Woodlawn Precinct

Burglary: Cigarettes, liquor and cash, all valued at $6,135, were stolen from Victory Inn in the 1600 block of N. Rolling Road after a door had been pried open late Saturday night or early yesterday.

Assault/false imprisonment: A woman, 35, was threatened with a knife and held against her will by her boyfriend in an apartment on Alsab Court overnight Saturday. She called police at 6: 41 a.m. yesterday and he was arrested.

Cockeysville Precinct

Burglary: A 26-inch mountain bike valued at $100 was stolen from a shed beside a home in the 16600 block of Single Tree Lane about 6 p.m. Saturday.

Burglary: A Sears Craftsman lawn mower, valued at $2,700, was stolen about 10 a.m. Saturday outside a home in the 1400 block of Freeland Road.

Burglary: A silver set valued at $5,000 and $200 in cash were stolen about 8 a.m. Saturday from a home in the first block of Cinder Lane. Several rooms were ransacked.
