Monford named president of Mind Over Machines

Mind Over Machines, an information technology company based in Lutherville, named Ronald T. Monford president. An MBA graduate of St. Mary's University in San Antonio, he formerly was president of Canusa Corp. A Baltimore-area resident, he is a pilot and holds commercial, instrument and multi-engine aviation ratings.

Koenig, Fagan are managers at Tristate Electrical

Tristate Electrical & Electronics Supply Co. appointed Frank R. Koenig as manager of its Baltimore warehouse operations and Edward S. Fagan as York region operations manager for the wholesaler/distributor, which is based in Hagerstown.

Koenig, an Ellicott City resident, is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University and an Army veteran. Fagan, formerly an operations manager with Ingram Micro, is a Marine Corps veteran and attended courses through the University of Maryland University College while stationed in Japan.

Rachel H. Wilson joins Ober, Kaler, Grimes

Ober, Kaler, Grimes & Shriver added Rachel H. Wilson to its intellectual property group.

Formerly an in-house counsel with Metropolitan Life Insurance, the Baltimore resident is a law graduate of the University of Virginia and will practice in the firm's Baltimore office.

Heidi Hoffman promoted at Ellen & Tucker

Ellen & Tucker, a Baltimore-based regional accounting and business consulting firm, announced that Heidi N. Hoffman, a resident of Littlestown, Pa., was promoted to senior in its audit, accounting and consulting department.

An Indiana University of Pennsylvania graduate, Hoffman conducts audits and reviews, and compiles client financial statements.
