A Pikesville man was killed yesterday when his car ran off the ramp from Interstate 195 to Interstate 95 near Linthicum and struck a tree, state police said.
Andrew Jefferson McCroey Jr., 30, of the 3800 block of Seven Mile Lane, was pronounced dead at the scene. Police said he suffered blunt trauma to the chest.
