The Wormald Cos. has condominiums available at Park Place at Worman's Mill in Frederick.

Worman's Mill is a neo-traditional small town on the Monocacy River in Frederick. Its village square includes restaurants, shops, a bakery, coffee shop and inn.

The sales offices are open daily from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

To get to Park Place from Baltimore, take Interstate 70 west to Route 15 north to Frederick. Exit at Route 26 headed east. Proceed one mile to a left turn on Trading Lane. Take the first right onto Mill Pond Road.

The Park Place model and information center will be three blocks on the left.
