Outlook: Eagles rookie QB Donovan McNabb will make his NFL starting debut against one of the league's worst defenses. Hey, timing is everything. The Redskins have allowed 222 points, more than all but three other teams. They're tied for first in the NFC East on the strength of an offense that is averaging 32.4 points per game and a QB, Brad Johnson, who has passed for 2,093 yards and 15 touchdowns with only three interceptions.

Notable: Eagles' 14 interceptions and 19 total take-aways tie for second in NFC.
