Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Southeastern District

Theft from vehicle: A Hi-Point 9 mm semiautomatic handgun with serial No. 824463SM, a stun gun and a video camera, all valued at more than $1,100, were stolen Tuesday from a 1984 Oldsmobile Cutlass parked in the 2500 block of Fleet St.

Central District

Theft: A New York woman was in the lobby of the Omni Inner Harbor Hotel in the 100 block of W. Fayette St. on Monday when someone stole her suitcase containing clothing, shoes, cellular phone, two hair dryers and other items, all valued at more than $1,000.

Robbery: Two men, one with a handgun, robbed All-Rite parking in the first block of S. Eutaw St. of $147 about 7 p.m. Tuesday.

Robbery: A man, 26, was in the 1300 block of Bolton St. about 7 p.m. Tuesday when two men, one armed with a knife, robbed him of $10 and credit cards and fled.

Southern District

Theft: A resident of the 1800 block of Wilhelm St. installed a 24-inch satellite dish, valued at $200, on his roof Tuesday morning and left for work. When he returned about 6 p.m., it had been stolen.

Theft: Clothing and a cellular phone, all valued at more than $1,300, were stolen from a 1995 Mazda parked in the 200 block of S. Greene St. overnight Saturday. The theft was reported Tuesday.

Northeastern District

Theft: A cellular phone and its cigarette lighter adapter, all valued at nearly $50, were stolen Tuesday from a 1993 Ford Taurus parked in the 3300 block of Westfield Ave.

Eastern District

Burglary: Toys, food and two 19-inch screen televisions, all valued at $700, were stolen Tuesday from a house in the 1900 block of Perlman Place.

Baltimore County

Towson Precinct

Burglary: A compact disc changer and stereo equalizer were stolen from the health club at Elkridge Estates in the 6000 block of Roland Ave. between Nov. 3 and Tuesday.

For the record

Victim identified: Terry Harris, 41, of the 1200 block of Appleleaf Court was identified Tuesday as the man fatally shot Saturday during an attempted robbery in the 1200 block of E. Monument St.

Arrest: Santorio Marlo "Ronnie" Martin, 24, of the 1000 block of N. Carrollton Ave. was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force yesterday on a warrant charging him with first-degree murder in the shooting of Eugene Richardson, 20, of the 1100 block of Mosher St. Richardson was shot after a dispute Oct. 22 in the 600 block of Smithson St. Martin is being held without bail at the Central Booking and Intake Center.
