1 man shot to death, 2 wounded in separate attacks in Baltimore

One man was killed and two were injured in three shootings last night in Baltimore.

Police said a man in his early 30s was shot and killed about 9: 30 p.m. as he walked in the 600 block of Aisquith St. near Monument East Apartments in East Baltimore.

The man, who late last night had not been identified by police, was approached by an unknown gunman who fired two shots, striking the man in the heart, police said.

The man stumbled for half a block and collapsed, police said.

Another man was shot in the 3900 block of Fairview Ave. near Forest Park shortly after 9 p.m., a police dispatcher said. The man was taken to Maryland Shock Trauma Center.

In the third incident, a man was grazed by a bullet shortly before 10 p.m as he stood in front of the Shake and Bake Family Fun Center in the 1600 block of Pennsylvania Ave. in West Baltimore. The man refused medical treatment, a Fire Department dispatcher said.
