A 20-year-old man was shot to death and his 13-year-old brother was severely wounded while standing on the sidewalk in front of their West Baltimore rowhouse last night.

The two brothers had returned home at 9: 23 p.m. when two assailants fired at least five shots at them, police said. Forrest Lee Featherstone and his younger brother, Danny Weary, lived with their mother in the 2700 block of Riggs Ave.

Both brothers were taken to Maryland Shock Trauma Center, where Featherstone was pronounced dead with a gunshot wound to the chest. His younger brother, shot in the legs, was in stable condition, police said.
