Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Northern District

Drug arrests: Sheriff's deputies and police arrested four people suspected of dealing cocaine in a Pimlico residence yesterday and seized narcotics valued at $6,000. About noon, deputies served a warrant charging Jeremiah Harris, 19, of the 2500 block of Edgecombe Circle North with narcotics violations. They saw what appeared to be cocaine and called members of the district's drug enforcement unit. Authorities also seized two handguns, $661, a bulletproof vest and 300 vials containing cocaine, said Sgt. Scott Rowe, a police spokesman. Another man and two women were arrested at the scene. The suspects were charged with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and were processed at the Central Booking and Intake Center.

Northwestern District

Shootings: Three teen-age boys were in the 2300 block of Tioga Parkway about 10 p.m. Monday when one of two men on bicycles fired shots at them after a brief argument. One youth was shot in the right arm and left hand, and another in the chest. The third suffered a graze wound to the head. Two of the victims were treated at Maryland Shock Trauma Center, and the other at Sinai Hospital.

Shooting: Two masked men, one with a handgun, were robbing a man in the 4400 block of Maine Ave. about 5: 30 p.m. Monday when a boy, 17, passed by. The gunman tried to rob the youth, who ran and was shot in the left hand. The robbers fled. The youth was treated at Sinai Hospital.

Western District

Shooting: An argument between two men wearing ski masks and a third man started outside the Democratic Social Club in the 1400 block of W. Franklin St. about 6: 40 p.m. Monday and continued inside. There, one of the masked men pulled a handgun and shot the man several times. He was in stable condition yesterday at Maryland Shock Trauma Center.

Southern District

Burglary: More than $1,000 was stolen Monday from four video game machines, a cigarette machine and a cash register at J. R.'s Bar & Grill in the 1200 block of Hull St.

Baltimore County

Woodlawn Precinct

Vandalism: Someone spray-painted the side of a 1997 Chevrolet Cavalier parked in the 3000 block of Southgreen Road overnight Sunday, causing $200 in damage.

Parkville Precinct

Robbery: Two men, one with an unknown weapon, robbed the 7-Eleven store in the 7100 block of Darlington Road of cash and cigarettes, all valued at more than $60, about 1 a.m. Monday.

Burglary: Six computers of unknown value were stolen from United Container Machinery Group in the 5200 block of Glen Arm Road last weekend.

Burglary: A videocassette recorder and cash, all valued at $350, were stolen from Century 21 Horizon Realty in the 3100 block of E. Joppa Road overnight Sunday.
