Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Central District

Burglary: An electric drill and circular saw, valued at more than $300, were stolen Sunday from Preston Apartments in the 200 block of E. Preston St.

Robbery: A man who implied he was armed with a handgun robbed another man of $15 about 3 a.m. Sunday in the 1600 block of Park Ave.

Robbery: A woman, 78, was in the 400 block of Manse Court about 11: 30 a.m. Sunday when a man stole her purse containing cash and property, all valued at $13.

Southeastern District

Stabbing: A man, 44, from Essex in Baltimore County was outside a bar in the 2400 block of E. Fayette St. about 1 a.m. Saturday when another man stabbed him in the chest, side and back with a knife and fled. The victim was in serious condition yesterday at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Southern District

Burglary: Golf clubs and a snow blower, all valued at nearly $3,000, were stolen from a garage in the 3900 block of Fourth St. in Brooklyn between Wednesday and Sunday.

Theft from vehicle: A videocassette recorder, movie tapes, a 13-inch screen television and a camera, all valued at nearly $600, were stolen from a sport utility vehicle parked Saturday in the 1300 block of E. Patapsco Ave.

Robbery: A man wearing a Halloween mask and armed with a knife robbed a woman, 42, of more than $300 about 5: 30 p.m. Sunday in the 700 block of Reedbird Ave.

Theft from vehicles: On Sunday, 50 compact discs and a compact disc player, all valued at more than $1,000, were stolen from a vehicle parked in the 800 block of S. Paca St. Also that day, a cellular phone, its charger and a $1 bill, all valued at more than $200, were stolen from a 1998 Mitsubishi.

Theft/arrest: A homeless man, 31, was arrested Sunday when he tried to leave CVS pharmacy in the 1000 block of S. Charles St. without paying for eight bottles of bath lotion.

Northern District

Theft from vehicle: A set of golf clubs, sunglasses, a cellular phone, cassette tapes, a tuxedo shirt and vest, a briefcase and eyeglasses, all valued at more than $3,500, were stolen from a multipurpose vehicle parked Saturday in the 4700 block of Club Road.

Burglary: A laptop computer and a computer access card, all valued at nearly $2,900, were stolen Saturday from a house in the 200 block of Chancery Road.

Baltimore County

White Marsh Precinct

Robbery/arrests: Two men were arrested Sunday and charged with forcing a man, 70, into his home in the 10900 block of Red Lion Road on Saturday night and robbing him of more than $100. The victim suffered a minor neck injury and refused medical treatment. Daniel Rychwalski and Travis Seite, whose ages and addresses were not available, were charged with assault and robbery. A third man, nicknamed "D," was being sought.

Burglary: Tools valued at more than $100 were stolen Sunday from a storage trailer at H & D Transport in the 11400 block of Pulaski Highway.

Towson Precinct

Robbery: Two men, ages 22 and 21, were about to enter their car in the 500 block of York Road about 1 a.m. Sunday after leaving the Crease, a nearby restaurant, when two men, one of whom implied he was armed with a handgun, robbed them of more than $170.

Cockeysville Precinct

Burglary: A bicycle valued at more than $270 and a pair of sunglasses valued at $20 were stolen from a garage in the 1200 block of Clearfield Circle between Tuesday and Sunday.
