A Warwick man was charged with possessing and distributing child pornography after America Online reported the man was providing the material over the Internet, state police said yesterday.
Police charged Kenneth Wayne Barclay, 48, of the 1100 block of Cecilton Warwick Road with two counts of distributing child pornography using a computer and one count of possessing child pornography materials, said Lt. Joseph A. Barker, Jr., a state police spokesman.
Barker said police received a call from AOL in May saying it found three instances of the material being distributed on an account in Barclay's name.
