November 01, 1999|BY A SUN STAFF WRITER

Theresa Lindsay Horn, 18, of the Washington Village section of Southern Baltimore, was identified yesterday by police as the woman whose body was found Saturday in a wooded area in Curtis Bay.

Detective Martin Young said a man looking for firewood about 12: 45 p.m. Saturday was walking along a trail in a wooded area off the 2100 block of Hawkins Point Road near the Coast Guard Depot and saw the fully clothed body, lying about 10 feet off the trail.

Horn, who lived with a roommate in the 1400 block of S. Carey St., died of multiple stab wounds, Young said, and had been dead for less than a day.

Fingerprints were used to identify her, Young said.
