Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Northeastern District

Drug arrest: A woman, 36, was arrested yesterday at her home on charges that she sold cocaine, marijuana and amphetamines to children in the area and to patrons of bars along downtown North Charles Street for at least several months. Officers seized narcotics valued at $15,000; a scale; a $4,000 watch; the woman's 1988 Volvo, and $200. Lisa Anne Kountz, of the 3200 block of Overland Ave., was being held at Central Booking and Intake Center for a bail hearing.

Southwestern District

Burglary: Computer equipment, a printer, telephone and a Caller ID device valued at nearly $400 were stolen Wednesday from a house in the 500 block of Wicklow Road.

Burglary: Ten cartons of cigarettes and $20 were stolen Wednesday from 4 D's Confectionery & Deli in the 3700 block of Windsor Mill Road.

Assault: During an argument over money about 9 p.m. Wednesday in the 1800 block of N. Rosedale St., a woman struck another woman with a piece of wood. The injured woman declined medical treatment and the other was arrested and charged with assault.

Burglary: Theft from vehicle: Meat products valued at $300 were stolen from a refrigerated truck parked Wednesday in the 100 block of S. Franklintown Road while the driver was in the cab.

Eastern District

Robbery: Two women were in the 1400 block of E. Monument St. about 1 a.m. Wednesday when a gunman robbed them of their purses, cash and property, all valued at more than $500.

Robbery: A gunman robbed a man of a 1997 Kawasaki dirt bike Wednesday night in the 1000 block of N. Patterson Park Ave. The bike was valued at more than $4,000.

Baltimore County

Essex Precinct

Shooting: Three men were in the 1600 block of Dartford Road Wednesday night when a gunman fired several shots, hitting one man, 30, in the left arm and another man, 19, in both legs. The victims were treated at Franklin Square Hospital.

North Point Precinct

Theft/arrests: A man and woman were arrested Wednesday when they tried to leave Metro food market in the 7900 block of Eastern Blvd. without paying for meats valued at nearly $130.

Robbery: A gunman robbed Sally's Beauty Supply in the 8300 block of Eastern Blvd. of an undisclosed sum of money Wednesday .

Robbery: A woman, 54, was walking in an alley in the 1700 block of Merritt Blvd. Wednesday when two men stole her purse containing $8 and more than $300 in prescription drugs.

Parkville Precinct

Burglary: Jewelry, silverware and a silver tea service, all of unknown value, were stolen Wednesday from a house in the 200 block of Midhurst Road.

Cockeysville Precinct

Burglary: Lawncare equipment valued at $1,000 was stolen Tuesday from a garage in the 14000 block of Jarrettsville Pike.

Garrison Precinct

Burglary: Jewelry, a compact disc changer and video games were stolen Wednesday from a house in the 200 block of Cedarmere Circle.

Burglary: A dishwasher of unknown value was stolen between Saturday and Wednesday from a house under construction in the 10800 block of Ephraim Drive in Owings Mills.

Arrest: Ulrick D. Holley, 30, was arrested yesterday in Richmond, Va., by the U.S. Marshals' Fugitive Task Force on a warrant charging him with first-degree murder in the Sept. 14 shooting of Herman Ridley, 24, in the 1900 block of Ridgehill Ave. An extradition hearing was pending.
