Baltimore City

Eastern District

Robbery: A gunman robbed a man of his baseball cap, two jackets and $20 about 8 p.m. Saturday in the 2600 block of E. Biddle St.

Theft: A 19-inch television, clothing, jewelry and a pager, all valued at about $1,000, were stolen Saturday from a house in the 700 block of N. Luzerne Ave. A person known to the victim was being sought.

Theft/arrest: A man, 45, was arrested Saturday when he tried to leave Stop, Shop & Save supermarket in the 1600 block of E. North Ave. without paying for steaks valued at more than $20.

Theft from vehicle: A cellular phone, compact disc player and two coats, all valued at about $800, were stolen Saturday from a car parked in the 800 block of E. Chase St.

Northern District

Burglary: Two videocassette recorders and video games, all valued at more than $500, were stolen Saturday from a house in the 2800 block of Huntingdon Ave.

Stolen car: A 1995 Honda with Washington tags AL7 944 was stolen in the 3500 block of Goodnow Road on Saturday.

Burglary: Two televisions and a videocassette recorder were stolen Saturday from a house in the 500 block of Gallagher Court.

Stolen car: A dark green 1987 Chevrolet van with unknown tags was stolen Saturday in the 1100 block of W. 41st. St. after the driver left the keys in the ignition.

Southeastern District

Theft/arrest: A woman, 24, was arrested Friday when she tried to steal $7 worth of baby lotion from Highlandtown Food Market in the 3800 block of Eastern Ave.

Theft/arrest: A woman, 27, was arrested Friday when she tried to leave McCrory's discount store in the 200 block of N. Highland Ave. without paying for underwear valued at $35.

Baltimore County

Cockeysville Precinct

Burglary: A red mountain bicycle, valued at more than $1,500, and a bicycle helmet, valued at $80, were stolen Saturday from a garage in the first block of Eastport Court on Saturday.

Theft: Tires and wheels were taken off 26 vehicles on the parking lot of Nationwide Motors in the first block of W. Timonium Road overnight Friday.

Garrison Precinct

Robbery: A woman, 42, was leaning into the front section of her car parked in the 8600 block of Liberty Road about 3 p.m. Saturday when a man approached from behind and stole her purse containing cash and property, all valued at more than $200.

Robbery: Two men, one with a handgun, robbed another man of a set of keys, a bag and his wallet containing $16 about 11 p.m. Friday in the 400 block of Milford Mill Road. The gunman pressed the weapon to the victim's head and threatened to shoot him.

Suspect sought: Police are seeking Ulrick Delandual Holley, 29, of the 2000 block of McKean Ave., who is charged in a warrant with first-degree murder in the Sept. 14 shooting of Herman Emanuel Ridley, 24, of no fixed address, in the 1900 block of Ridgehill Ave.
