Radcliffe is programs chief for Lear Siegler Services

Lear Siegler Services has appointed Harry Q. Radcliffe director of federal programs for the Annapolis-based aircraft and vehicle logistics, transportation and maintenance management firm. He is responsible for management oversight and program development for fixed-price services. The Bethesda resident formerly was a general manager with Lockheed Martin Corp. and served as a pilot in the Marine Corps.

Kanarek is media director for Baltimore Co. colleges

Community College of Baltimore County named Harold Kanarek director of media relations. In addition to overseeing media relations strategies and activities, he is the primary liaison between the school's eight campuses and extension centers and the media, and editor of the faculty/staff newsletter. The Baltimore resident holds a doctorate in history from the University of Virginia and taught at Loyola College of Baltimore and colleges in Ohio and Virginia.

Banking and finance

Reese is branch manager for Columbia Bank

The Columbia Bank appointed Danny Reese as a branch manager and residential lending officer. He formerly was a manager with the Old Kent Mortgage Co.

Reese is a resident of Owings Mills. He has been assigned to the Howard County-based bank's mortgage department at Heaver Plaza in Lutherville.

Citizens appoints Kendrick senior VP, regional manager

Citizens National Bank appointed Robert E. Kendrick III a senior vice president and regional manager for the Mercantile Bankshares Corp. affiliate's branches in Howard County and Burtonsville.

A graduate of Western Maryland College, Kendrick lives in Columbia. He formerly was credit officer for the Bank of Maryland in Westminster and Towson, and before that was with Maryland National Bank, now Bank of America.

Health care

St. Joseph Medical Center names Barron a director St. Joseph Medical Center appointed Mary Barron as director of performance improvement for the Towson health care facility. A graduate of Northeastern University, the Timonium resident had been a vice president at the Maryland Healthcare Education Institute in Elkridge.

O'Connell is marketing chief for Charlestown Retirement

Charlestown Retirement Community named Christine O'Connell as director of marketing. A Towson University graduate, the Parkville resident joined the staff of Senior Campus Living in 1992 and most recently was station manager for the community's closed-circuit TV station.
