Realtor sponsors festival at Oregon Ridge today

Coldwell Banker Grempler Realty is sponsoring the fourth annual "Celebrate America with the Kids" from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. today at Oregon Ridge Park in Hunt Valley.

The free festival will feature games, a petting zoo, stage acts and visits by the Ravens mascot and the Oriole Bird. Firetrucks and a MedEvac helicopter will be on display.

Century 21 Diana announced that it won the Gold Medallion Office Award at the Century 21 1999 Semiannual Awards Ceremony last month. The following sales associates were also honored: Lisa Hagy, Irene Tang, Tricia Howard and Regina Giordano in the Million Dollar Club; Steve Kuzma and Barbara Aiken in the Million Dollar Club Platinum; Claudia Sconion and Denise Diana in the Million Dollar Club Gold. Kuzma, Aiken and Sconion were also named in the Top 21 Sales Associates in Greater Maryland.

The Bozzuto Group of Greenbelt announced that Artie Harris has joined the company as vice president of Bozzuto Homes Inc. and Bozzuto Development Co.

Roslyn National Mortgage Corp. said Michelle C. Jefferson was named assistant vice president and regional operations manager for the Mid-Atlantic region. She will oversee the company's Maryland and Virginia offices.
