Hearing to discuss appeal by developer is delayed

The Board of Appeals' hearing to discuss the appeal of a subdivision denial for a proposed Brooklyn Park project known as Camden Hills has been postponed. The hearing, scheduled Wednesday, will be delayed several months.

The appeal was filed by Ballman Avenue LLC in response to a Department of Planning and Code Enforcement subdivision denial for its Camden Hills project on the east side of Ballman Avenue, about a quarter-mile north of Church Street. The denial was based on overcapacity at North County High School.
