Baltimore City

Northeastern District

Robbery: After a driver for Sedan Service arrived in the 1800 block of Maulsby Court at Hollander Ridge with three male passengers about 2: 40 a.m. Wednesday, one of the men pulled out a handgun and ordered the driver to give up his money. After robbing the driver of $53 and his pager, police said, the gunman and his two accomplices ran.

Southern District

Assault: A boy, 17, was walking in the 3800 block of Ninth St. in Brooklyn about 5: 30 p.m. Wednesday when an occupant of a passing white car shot him in the right forearm with a dart from a blow gun. The victim refused medical treatment. Later, police arrested a man, 19, and were holding him pending charges.

Southwestern District

Burglary: Two videocassette recorders, video games, 100 compact discs, a stereo receiver, jewelry and other items, all valued at more than $6,000, were stolen Wednesday from a house in the 1000 block of N. Ellamont St. by someone who entered after removing an air conditioner from a front window.

Northern District

Burglary: Two telephones and two answering machines, all valued at nearly $300, were stolen Wednesday from a house in the 2700 block of N. Calvert St. by someone who entered through the front door.

Burglary: S omeone entered an apartment in the 2700 block of St. Paul St. through a door Wednesday and stole a 27-inch-screen television, a videocassette recorder, a compact disc player and a cordless telephone, all valued at $800.

Burglary: Video games and a videocassette recorder, all valued at more than $300, were stolen Wednesday from a house in the 2600 block of Loyola Southway by someone who entered through a door after breaking a window.

Baltimore County

White Marsh Precinct

Stolen car: A green 1999 Ford Contour with tags FYD 198 was stolen from the parking lot of White Marsh Mall on Wednesday.

Burglary: Someone entered a house in the 10900 block of Red Line Road through the front door overnight Sunday and stole an undisclosed large sum of money.

Essex Precinct

Burglary: A 19-inch-screen television, video games, clothing and several compact discs, all of unknown value, were stolen Wednesday from a house in the 700 block of Morane Way.

Burglary: A gas-operated lawnmower and a table saw were stolen from a shed in the 600 block of New Jersey Ave. between Saturday and Wednesday.

Parkville Precinct

Theft from vehicle: Stereo radio equipment, fog lights and an air horn, all valued at more than $500, were stolen Wednesday from a Nissan 240SX parked in the 9300 block of Belair Road.

For the record

Arrest: Members of the U.S. Marshal Fugitive Task Force arrested Dimitrius Hammond, 20, yesterday at his home in the 4900 block of Crenshaw Ave., on a warrant charging him with first-degree murder in the shooting of Tavaris Williams, 22, in the 1200 block of N. Milton Ave. on Sept. 10. Police said Williams, of the 1100 block of Comet St., was talking to a member of his family on an outside pay telephone when he was shot. A motive was unknown. Hammond is being held without bail at the Central Booking and Intake Center.
