* Review: This gourmet pasta sauce was developed by Tim Hauser, a founding member of the well-known vocal group the Manhattan Transfer. Hauser, who spent years developing sauces for his family, was convinced by friends to market his recipes for the public. We tried the San Remo style. The light, sweet sauce may prove too bland for people who are used to robust sauces. But it's flavorful in its own right and especially tasty over cheese tortellini or garlic-flavored pasta. We found it at Eddie's of Roland Park locations.
