A young Severn woman who was found stabbed in the back Sunday in an elementary school parking lot was released yesterday after treatment at the Maryland Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore, police reported.

Angela Creek, 18, of the 8100 block of Meade Village Road was found bleeding heavily in her car outside Van Bokkelen Elementary School shortly before 5 p.m. after police received an anonymous call reporting a stabbing in progress, authorities said.

Based on information from witnesses, police arrested Shameka Denise Molock, 16, of the 8200 block of Clearwater Court in Severn, who was charged as an adult with assault and reckless endangerment, police said.

She was released on her own recognizance.

Police said they knew of no motive.
