Pellegrini a vice president at Lucent Technologies

Lucent Technologies has named John M. Pellegrini vice president at its global service provider business office in Linthicum. Formerly with Western Electric Co., the Baltimore native is an engineering/physics graduate of Loyola College and lives in Highland.

Voss, McPherson join Crosby Marketing

Crosby Marketing Communications announced that Dennis Voss and Michael McPherson have joined the Annapolis-based regional ad and marketing agency.

Voss, senior art director, was formerly with Sass & Associates, and has won several industry awards. A graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University, he lives in Arnold.

McPherson, a production artist, graduated from Clark Atlanta University and was graphic designer with Atlanta-based Publication Studio.

Horich Parks names Lebow partner and senior VP

Horich Parks Advertising said Bradley H. Lebow was named partner and senior vice president of the Baltimore firm. The native Baltimorean is a Tulane University graduate and formerly was an account supervisor for Trahan, Burden & Charles.

Banking and finance

Finnegan is executive VP at 1st Mariner Bank 1st Mariner Bank named Dennis E. Finnegan executive vice president. He oversees retail banking, branch and ATM networks, marketing, training and customer service. Formerly the manager of Crestar Bank's Baltimore private banking office, the University of Baltimore law graduate is a member of the Maryland Bar Association and lives in Towson.

Health care

Blau, Meredith directors at Good Samaritan Hospital

Good Samaritan Hospital appointed Steve Blau director of case management and Kristen Meredith director of health information management.

Blau, formerly with Southern Maryland Hospital in Clinton, is a master of social work graduate of the University of Pennsylvania. Meredith, a resident of Bel Air, is a graduate of York College and was medical records manager for the University of Maryland Medical Center.

Commercial real estate

Overton, White take posts with Struever Brothers

Struever Brothers, Eccles & Rouse named Craig S. Overton a project executive in its commercial division and Carl A. White as director of property management for the Baltimore firm's commercial properties.

Overton, a former senior project manager for Jackson Realty & Builders of Indianapolis, is responsible for construction projects, including Glen Burnie Town Apartments.

White, a Towson University graduate, manages daily functions of commercial properties and staffs. He served as a Navy engineering officer and was a general manager of facilities at Jones Lang LaSalle Management Services.
