Willow Pond Estates

Grayson Homes has opened a model at Willow Pond Estates in Westminster in Carroll County.

The community, which features public water and sewer and natural gas heat, is adjacent to Willow Pond and 17 acres of woods owned by the city of Westminster.

The model, the Stevenson, starts at $194,990 for 2,150 square feet. To get to Willow Pond Estates, take Interstate 795 to Route 140 west. Follow Route 140 about 11 miles to a right on Englar Road. Take a left on Sunshine Way, then a right on Eden Farms Circle. The model is on the right.
