Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Northeastern District

Robbery/shooting: Police were seeking an unidentified gunman who robbed Vizzini's Pizza in the 5500 block of Sinclair Lane of an undisclosed sum of money about 1 a.m. Monday and shot an employee in the left arm before fleeing. The employee was treated at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center.

Central District

Shooting: Two unidentified men were being sought in the shooting about 6 p.m. yesterday of a man in the 2100 block of Callow Ave. The victim, shot in the chest and leg, was in serious condition at the Maryland Shock Trauma Center.

Robbery: A man, 24, was in the 1400 block of Argyle Ave. about 11: 45 p.m. Monday when he was robbed of $180 by another man who said he was a city policeman. The robber did not display a weapon or any type of police equipment, police said.

Burglary: Two antique fireplace mantels and a mantel mirror, all valued at $1,700, were stolen from a house in the 500 block of Sanford Place on Tuesday.

Southern District

Burglary: Someone entered Greening of America in the 1200 block of S. Charles St. over the weekend and stole an air compressor and several power tools, all valued at nearly $1,200.

Burglary: Two shotguns valued at $2,400 were stolen from the bedroom of a house in the 1100 block of Riverside Ave. between Friday and Tuesday.

Northern District

Burglary: A videocassette recorder, 15-inch TV, 35 mm camera, lenses, power tools and $180 in coins, all valued at more than $3,200, were reported stolen from a house in the 2600 block of Guilford Ave. on Tuesday by someone who entered through a window.

Robbery: A man, 34, was in the 1400 block of W. Cold Spring Lane about 3 p.m. Tuesday when two men struck him with their fists and robbed him of $11. The victim was treated for minor injuries at Sinai Hospital.

Baltimore County

Parkville Precinct

Robbery: A woman was in Dunkin' Donuts in the 7900 block of Belair Road about 10 a.m. Tuesday when a man grabbed her keys, fled out the door and drove away in her 1998 Chevrolet Blazer.

Towson Precinct

Burglary: Power tools and a battery charger valued at nearly $300 were stolen from a garage in the 6000 block of Falls Road over the weekend.

Cockeysville Precinct

Burglary: Someone entered the office of Visionell Inc. in the 1000 block of Beaver Dam Road over the weekend and stole a 15-inch screen TV/videocassette recorder, VCR tapes and a 1989 Suzuki Sidekick without tags.
