Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Northeastern District

Shooting: During an argument between two men in the 3900 block of Sinclair Lane about 5: 15 p.m. yesterday, one shot the other in the right thigh, right wrist and groin with a 9 mm semiautomatic handgun. The victim, 18, was in stable condition at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center. No arrest had been made.

Central District

Shooting: A man, 24, was driving in the 1400 block of Argyle Ave. about 9: 15 p.m. Saturday when someone shot at him. One bullet pierced the driver's-side door and struck the motorist in the left leg. He was treated at Maryland Shock Trauma Center. No arrest had been made.

Shooting: A man, 22, was walking in the 300 block of W. Franklin St. about 11 p.m. Saturday when he was shot in the left arm by an unknown assailant. He was treated at University of Maryland Medical Center.

Eastern District

Shooting: A man, 19, was riding a bicycle in the 1800 block of E. Lanvale St. about 11: 15 p.m. Friday when he heard several gunshots and felt pain in various parts of his body. The man was taken by ambulance to Johns Hopkins Hospital, where he was treated for multiple gunshot wounds. His condition was not available and no arrest had been made.

Southwestern District

Shooting: Police were seeking a man who shot another man in the right shoulder early yesterday in the 2100 block of Hollins St. The victim was treated at Maryland Shock Trauma Center.

Baltimore County

Cockeysville Precinct

Robbery: A man gave a note implying he was armed to a pharmacy employee at the Rite Aid store in the 30 East Padonia Center in the first block of E. Padonia Road about 5: 15 p.m. yesterday and robbed the store of several bottles of Zanex, a pain reliever.

White Marsh Precinct

Burglary: A man was being sought after he allegedly entered his ex-girlfriend's apartment in the 4800 block of Kenwood Ave. Friday and destroyed her phone.
