Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Southeastern District

Burglary/arrest: Police entered the Matilda Koval Medical Center in the 2300 block of Orleans St. on Tuesday after a burglar alarm sounded and arrested a man found hiding in a ceiling crawl space.

Central District

Theft: A briefcase and its contents, all valued at $500, were stolen Wednesday from the Baltimore Convention Center in the first block of W. Pratt St.

Southern District

Theft from auto: A generator valued at $1,000 was stolen from a truck parked in the 1300 block of W. Hamburg St. between July 23 and July 28.

Eastern District

Carjacking: A woman, 36, had stopped her car Wednesday afternoon in the 1200 block of Bonaparte Ave. when a gunman ordered her out of the 1986 Chevrolet Cavalier with Pennsylvania tags and drove away.

Baltimore County

White Marsh Precinct

Burglary: Several days after the death of the male occupant of a house in the 11000 block of Franklinville Road in Kingsville, someone entered the house and stole a television and hand and power tools, all valued at more than $1,000.

Essex Precinct

Theft: Several pieces of wicker furniture were stolen Wednesday from the front porch of a house in the 1000 block of Bayner Road.

Towson Precinct

Robbery/arrest: A man armed with a knife robbed The Loved Ones, a clothing store in the 400 block of York Road, of nearly $40 about 3: 40 p.m. Wednesday. Police saw a man identified as the robber at a bus stop and arrested him. Mohandis Davis, 25, whose address was not available, was charged with armed robbery.
