Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Southeastern District

Robbery/arrest: Several hours after a man robbed the Royal Farm store in the 4800 block of O'Donnell St. about 1 a.m. Monday, a man was arrested when he arrived at his girlfriend's house in the Rossville section of Baltimore County. A man took money and cigarettes from the store and drove away in a car that was traced to a woman who lives on Yellow Brick Road near Golden Ring Mall. When the woman told police the man was to return her car, police waited and arrested him when he arrived about 7: 30 a.m. Police said a toy gun was used in the robbery.

Robbery: Two men, one with a handgun, robbed a man, 31, of three pieces of gold jewelry, all valued at nearly $1,500, at Fayette Street and Broadway about 8: 40 p.m. Tuesday.

Northwestern District

Shooting: A man, 19, was in the 5500 block of Park Heights Ave. about 3: 30 a.m. Tuesday when he was shot in the left leg by a man who escaped. A friend drove the victim to Sinai Hospital for treatment.

Eastern District

Assault/arrest: A man was threatening a woman with a 12-inch-long knife outside his house in the 300 block of E. Lafayette Ave. on Tuesday when Officer Tim Taggart approached and ordered the man to drop the knife. The man did and was arrested by Taggart and charged with aggravated assault.

Burglary: While a man was sitting on the front steps of his house Tuesday in the 800 block of N. Curley St., someone entered the dwelling through a rear screen door and stole a radio valued at more than $100.

Theft: The tenant of a house in the 600 block of Gutman Ave. stole two 19-inch televisions Tuesday. The property of the landlord was valued at $400.

Central District

Robbery: A man, 56, was in the 1700 block of Pennsylvania Ave. about 3 a.m. Tuesday when he was assaulted by at least four other men, who knocked him to the ground and robbed him of cash and property, all valued at $20. The victim was treated for minor injuries at Maryland General Hospital.

Southern District

Burglary: Gold jewelry and a bag of scrap gold, all valued at $1,000, were stolen from a house in the 3700 block of St. Victor St. between Thursday and Tuesday.

Baltimore County

Woodlawn Precinct

Robbery: After two men picked up a man about 1 a.m. Tuesday, they stopped at Woodlawn and Poplar drives and robbed him of a set of keys and $20 and forced him from the vehicle.

Vandalism: Several townhouses in the 7100 block of Ruthgreen Road and the 7100 block of Rutherford Road were damaged Tuesday night by someone shooting a firearm.

Parkville Precinct

Burglary: Someone entered an apartment in the first block of Thurmont Court through a sliding door Monday and stole $25 and a set of keys.
