Masonry Macks opens 4-bedroom Colonial model

Masonry Macks Homes has opened a new model at Eldersburg Estates.

The community, which features multipurpose, tennis and volleyball courts, has 209 quarter-acre and half-acre lots.

The Wakefield II starts at $201,400 for 2,180 square feet. The two-story Colonial has four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths.

The first floor consists of a 16-by-13-foot family room, 11-by-16-foot living room, 17-by-13-foot kitchen and breakfast area, 13-by-10-foot dining room, laundry, powder room and open foyer.

The second floor has a bathroom, 11-by-11-foot bedroom, 12-by-10-foot bedroom, 10-by-10-foot bedroom and 13-by-19-foot master bedroom with master bath and walk-in closet.
