Camden Crossing developers moving headquarters to city

Metroventures/USA Inc., developers of Camden Crossing in downtown Baltimore, is moving its headquarters from Columbia to 1 N. Charles St. in Baltimore.

Camden Crossing is a 140-unit townhouse development next to the B&O Museum. The company also is developing a 450-unit Senior Village at Hollander Ridge.

"Our commitment to Baltimore's continued growth and its close proximity to many of our projects were the primary factors for our move to One North Charles Street," said Metroventures Vice President Valentine Nwandu.
