Long & Foster Real Estate posts record sales for June

Long & Foster Real Estate Inc. said it posted record monthly sales of $1.4 billion on 7,354 properties sold in June, an increase of 33 percent over June 1998 sales.

Sales in the Baltimore region were up 29 percent.

The company's top five offices in the area for the month were: Annapolis, $24.8 million; Columbia, $16.7 million; Eldersburg, $14.38 million; Greenspring, $14.36 million; and Crofton, $14.3 million.

Long & Foster Real Estate Inc.said Brad Rozansky, Melinda Estridge, Mary Lou Shannon, Sharyn Goldman, Fran Carberry and Gary Ditto of the Bethesda/Hampden Square Gateway office were among the Top 60 most productive agents for the region.
