Columbia Builders has opened a new model at its Howard County townhouse community, Stonehaven at Pheasant Ridge.

There are 61 homes available in the community, which features three- to four-bedroom units with a variety of options.

Each home comes standard with 9-foot first-floor ceilings, gas heat, vaulted bedroom ceilings, two-story open foyers, walk-out lower levels, 42-inch kitchen cabinets and fieldstone fronts.

All floor plans feature the choice of three kitchen floor plans.

The model, the Bristol, is a 2,400-square-foot, three-story garage townhouse that starts at $185,900.

The lowest level includes a single-car garage, foyer, laundry area with washer and dryer hookups and 15-by-13-foot family room.

On the second or main floor of the townhouse, buyers have the choice of three floor designs. The plan with the largest kitchen features a 14-by-11-foot living room and adjacent 11-by-10-foot dining room, and a rear 19-by-12-foot country kitchen.

A second plan features a central 11-by-11-foot kitchen, adjacent rear 8-by-10-foot breakfast nook, 10-by-12-foot family room, and front 11-by-12-foot formal living room.

The third plan includes an 11-by-11-foot front kitchen, 12-by-10-foot dining room and 19-by-12-foot rear living room.

The third floor consists of a bathroom, 10-by-11-foot bedroom, 10-by-10-foot bedroom and 12-by-15-foot master bedroom with master bath and two walk-in closets.

Extensions are available on all three levels.

Townhouses are available in two-story traditional, two-story with garage, three-story with garage and three-story with library floor plans. They range from 2,100 to 2,500 square feet and are priced between $179,900 and $193,500.

The model is open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily and by appointment.

To get to Stonehaven, take Route 32 West to Exit 19 (Great Star Drive). Make a right onto Great Star Drive and follow the sign to the model on the left.
