Masonry Macks Homes Inc. has opened a new model in the final section of its Stone Manor development in Eldersburg.

There are 89 wooded homesites available in the community, which features a fitness trail, tot lot and multipurpose field.

The Westbrook starts at $235,900 for 2,606 square feet with four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths.

The first floor includes a laundry room, powder room, 12-by-13-foot living room, 12-by-14-foot dining room, 19-by-13-foot kitchen and breakfast area, 10-by-10-foot library and 19-by-14-foot sunken family room.

The second floor consists of a bath, two 12-by-12-foot bedrooms, one 10-by-10-foot bedroom and 17-by-16-foot master bedroom with master bath and walk-in closet.

There are eight other floor plans available in the community, ranging from the Fallstaff, a 1,750-square-foot rancher that starts at $212,600, to the Chesterfield, a 2,750-square-foot two-story Colonial that begins at $249,100. All models feature two-car garages and brick fronts.

The model is open daily from noon until 6 p.m., Tuesdays until 8 p.m. and by appointment. It is closed Thursdays.

To get to Stone Manor, take Interstate 70 to Route 32 North. Turn left on Barthlow Road (the first left north of Route 26). Take the first right after the four-way stop on Hodges Road.

The model is on the right at Hodges Road and Millstone Court.
