Harborplace. Free activities tomorrow through Sunday at the Harborplace Amphitheatre, the Gallery, Constellation dock and surrounding areas. Tomorrow: 10 a.m.-1 p.m., Provident Bank/USS Constellation Homecoming Ceremony; 7 p.m.-11 p.m., Harborplace's 19th birthday celebration with cake-cutting ceremony and concert by the Mahoney Brothers. Saturday: 11 a.m.-5 p.m., street performers; noon-4 p.m., meet Disney's Mickey and Minnie Mouse; 7 p.m., music by the U.S. Navy Concert Band and Sea Chanters. Baltimore Symphony Star-Spangled Spectacular, Oregon Ridge. 8 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Patriotic favorites followed by fireworks. Park opens 4 p.m. Rain date Monday. Washington

Independence Day celebration. Sunday at various locations. Festivities begin at 10 a.m. with music, dramatic reading of the Declaration of Independence and a demonstration of Colonial military maneuvers on the Constitution Avenue steps, National Archives. Parade starts at noon down Constitution Avenue, past historic monuments on the Mall. 5 p.m.-9:15 p.m., free entertainment at the Sylvan Theatre on the Washington Monument grounds.
