Roger H. Molvar,vice president, exercised an option for 4,250 shares of class A common between $41.43 and $46.68 each on May 20. To cover expenses of the transaction Molvar turned in 4,250 of them for $60.61 each on May 20 and now directly and/or indirectly holds 4,801 class A common and 102 class A common.

Edward Zapanta,director, sold 560 shares of class A common at $58.94 each on May 28 and now directly and indirectly holds 2,975 class A common.
